Versa OEM band reliability

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask how reliable your Versa silicon OEM band is/was. I jog and wear my Versa to gym very occasionally, I don’t swim or even take shower wearing it, but I do usually wear it when asleep, so I don’t think I applied extra stress to the band by any measure, yet my OEM silicon band just broke/torn only after 9 months of use. Is this the expected life span for the silicone bands in general?

Hi @SunsetRunner , AFAIK this is not the case and you're just unlucky. But, since your Versa is only 9 months old and, thus, still, under warranty, call Customer Support, maybe you receive a free replacement. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for your suggestion, just spoke with Customer Service and they are sending me a replacement band.
