My first week, last week, reminder to move all seemed to work except it did not record all the hours. I thought that was bad enough...not tracking all my hourly steps sessions.

This  week, I updated my firmware. Now even after resetting my Versa and restarting my iphone. The software is even worse. Now I do not get reminders to move. When I do move, it does not track my 250 steps...does not start. Fool around with it for a while and it starts to track, but does not tell you when you have reached the 250 steps...it just indicates X number of hours of 12. All the things I mention here worked last week, except keeping track of my number of step hours.

It appears FitBit has a poor group of software developers. This is a good reason not to make future purchases from FitBit. Please fix your product. I should not have to spend hours trying to get your features to work properly.

Follow up - It appears the time is on the hour as opposed to the 10 minutes prior to the hour, never did understand that, but reminders/notifications still do not function.

I have the same issue.  I work from home at my desk.  I loved the buzzing reminders on my wrist to tell me to get up and complete my 250 steps to get me moving and stay on track for my 9 active hours.  I also get no notifications when I hit 10,000 steps, etc. - the inspirational remarks and little fireworks really do motivate.  However I get nothing anymore.  It used to show up on my phone as well.  no more.   How do you get those reminders and acknowledgments?

Certainly no improvements to date. Since I do not get a notice to "move" when this feature worked, I set my phone to notify me every hour. It still does not let you know when you completed the 250 steps. But...if you do not complete the steps in within the first 50 minutes, you get a notice of how many steps remaining for that hour 10 minutes before the hour ends...and this point you get a celebration notice you have completed the 250 steps.

Long story short...still does not work well. Letting you know with just 10 minutes left usually does not work out.
