Versa (SE) Find my phone app is not working

Find my phone app developed by fitbit isn't working on my versa special edition. Everytime i click on find phone it says "Couldn't find phone. Move to different location and retry".  

Any solution will be appreciated.

Hi @MayankGahlot, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the Find my phone app is not working properly.

 

Please restart your Versa (SE) as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on and see if the "Find my phone" app works properly.
