Versa SE - Unreliable in every way.

Fitbit Support - 

 

I've had my VersaSE for a few month now and it has become so unreliable as to be useless.  I really wanted this work this go around, but sadly it's simply too frustrating to jump through all the hoops I must to get it sync properly.

 

I've read many of these threads, and have tried everything I know to get it to work and it simply will not.  I've tried airplane mode off/on, no luck.  I've tried unpairing/pairing still no luck.  About the only things that work are the real time steps and heart rate.  Connecting to my phone for other updates never seems to work seamlessly.  And forget about measuring any sleep metrics.

 

I spent the better part of Sunday a week ago doing a firmware update, that seems to work for a day, or two.  Now it won't even find the Versa as a BT device.  This is just nuts!  The quality control on these devices must be really lacking, to have the continued issues as expressed in these message threads.

 

Please contact me for a resolution.  I'm just about ready to abandon Fitbit and try the competition.

Hello @redjr  Fitbit won't contact you, so why don't you get with them? Reach out to customer support.
