Received the Versa Fitbit for Christmas and suddenly the sleep tracker and heart rate stopped working last week. I have restarted it several times and does not help. Please advise how I can fix this problem.

Regarding the heart rate and sleep tracking issues that your Versa (SE) experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
