Does anyone know how to get the Fitbit Versa special edition back on, it suddenly stopped working even though it was fully charged, I'm so sad

Hi, @TheGrownMermaid , I would suggest plugging it in and giving it a good two hours’ charge.  When it has had two hours (even if it has not been responding) try the restart procedure.  Yu might have to repaet this several times, but hopefully it will spring back into life.

Let us know how it goes.

It won't start at all, not even while it was charged, just a blank screen
that lights up when on the charger, please help

Hi, @TheGrownMermaid , please give it a good two hours on the charger (making sure that the charger and charging source are known to be working) and then try the re start again.

I placed it on the charger, and now it will not even light up anymore, I'm
so sad, I haven't had it long enough for it to just be kaput!

Hi, @TheGrownMermaid , please do post again after you have given it a good two hours charge and tried to give it a restart.

Please do set it charging, even if the lights are not responding.  Sometimes a Fitbit will seem to be dead when it has only become non responsive.  This can happen, particularly if the battery has died completely.

I appreciate that it does not seem to be responding now, but in order to make sure that it won't recover you do need to let it charge on a charger and plug known to be working and then try the restart at least 3 times.

It has been on the charger the entire time since this morning, however it
is unresponsive to the suggested restart procedure, it had blanked out
yesterday after being fully charged, then turned on for a quick min and
then died again completely
Do you have any other tips?

If you have tried charging it and restarting then you may have done all you can.  I have notified a moderator and someone should be in touch soon.

In the meantime, as a final step you might try cleaning the charging contacts.  Instructions here, in case the problem is that it is not able to charge due to dirty contacts.  Then you will have tried all steps, I think.

believe your same like mine - versa 2. for soft reset, just hold the side button for about 10-15 sec until the screen blank. Leave it be, it will automatically power on again.

check out the video 'how to reset for versa 2' in youtube for better understanding.
