I have had issues with my watch for about 3-4 months. It would get stuck on the alarm screen, take itself to the alarm screen and start randomly vibrating. This would usually rectify after restarting the device.
The bottom right button does not appear to be functioning properly. I have tried to clean this in accordance with the troubleshooting advice.
Now the device will not charge/hold and charge and the screen is blank. I have tried turning off and on. I have restarted the device many times. I am unable to factory reset as the screen will not work. The device won’t sync with my phone but was already on a Fitbit clock screen, not a third party one.
It has been on charge for about 48 hours, it briefly synced with my phone however the battery went after about two minutes. The screen was blank the whole time, the lights at the back for the HR monitor did come on though.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
