Versa Screen Blank and Gets Hot

Versa was a gift for Christmas. Use it daily to track sleep and exercise, screen is black and gets really hot when connected to the charger. I tried the reset steps and still nothing. Disappointed, Fitbit Charge2 lasted longer than this Versa.

Chat with Fitbit support. Happened to my boyfriend. They sent him a replacement watch. You have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
