Hi
My Fitbit Versa screen died and when I restarted it, it no longer shows my heart beat and at the steps it says undefined steps. If i go into the watch it shows my steps though. How can I get this to work?
I have restarted it again and it is still not showing.

Hi, @Tuane and @Michelle59! I would suggest restarting it a few more times, sometimes it takes a few times for it to actually take. Also, if I'm understanding your issue correctly, you're having issues with the clockface, not the actual watch. If this is the case, I would suggest trying switching the clock face off and then back on again, sometimes that clears things up.

Many of the clock faces available are designed by third party developers. They can choose whether to make their clock faces free or to charge a premium. The Fitbit designed faces will always be free, but sometimes to get the perfect clock face, you might choose to pay. Glad everything is sorted for you!

I'm having this same issue. It just started today. Very irritating. I've restarted several times to no avail so.... Any other suggestions? Besides Changing the clock face?
