Versa Screen Flashing & Draining Battery

I have had my Fitbit Versa since early January and haven't had any issues. However, the in the last day the screen has been flashing on and off, like it is cycling between black and the clock screen. This constant flashing has also made the battery drain and it died completely while I was wearing it at work today. When I got home, I put it on the charger and hoped that it dying completely might 'reset' whatever this issues was...but now it is doing it on the charger. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Fitbit Versa is flashing constantly and this makes the battery drain. Thank you for sharing that you've had your watch since January and haven't had any issues. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face. 
2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
