Versa Screen Graphics, Negative Step Count, Battery Life

My son noticed this afternoon that his step count was a '-2430' steps; negative?  Also, his screen graphic keeps breaking up with static.  All this, but not the least of issues, battery life has decreased since last update.

Hope there is a fix to all of the above.  We've restarted and tried all other suggestions.

P.S.:  I have an Ionic and have noticed the battery issue as well since the last update.S

Regarding my son's three month old Versa, it is now dead.

I had a similar issue with an older Fitbit. Can't say the following will correct it and my apologies if you mentioned trying this already but.. ..

I had to clean the charging prong/receptors on my Fitbit device and and then it was able to get a full charge.

Thank you so much for responding RecoveringLazyB (love the username).  Unfortunately, it is now completely dead.  Will be calling the manufacturer today.
