Versa Screen Malfunctions Every 3 Months

I've been a Fitbit user for many years now and was excited to get the Fitbit Versa and finally have step tracking along with a functional watch!

 

Unfortunately, I have been very underwhelmed with this product. I now have needed 2 screen replacements due to screen malfunctions after 3 months of regular use. While Fitbit has shipped me replacements, I am extremely unimpressed with the quality of this product. When it is working, I have liked the watch. However, for the price, I need a watch and device that I can rely on for more than 3 months.

 

Buyer beware - this product is not made to last. I will not be using Fitbit devices again because it seems like Fitbit is not making durable trackers that actually work as they should anymore.

@rg1234 I am truly sorry to hear about your problems with your Versa. I've had mine since April last year and so far so good. I know it doesn't resolve your issue. If you have received the replacement and it failed again, please reach out to Customer Support.
