I've had my Versa for over a year and I love it!
However, a few months ago, I stopped receiving any notifications on my watch (text messages, calendar, etc.). I didn't mind too much, but now the screen has turned white anytime I push a button. It's still recording my steps and activity levels, but I just can't see it. I've let it die completely and recharged it fully, but still I can't access the screen.

@JessB6 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting notifications and the screen won't turn on.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

It’s still not working properly.
It records my steps but the screen is still white when I push a button to see the display.

@JessB6 thank you for getting back and trying the troubleshooting steps shared above. Since you mentioned that your Versa is still recording your steps, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, sync your watch and see if the display turns on and shows your stats.
Let me know how it goes!

@JessB6 I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Versa is unable to record your steps, I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes!
