Hi all. Has anyone experienced their versa screen going blank? It’s happened twice now on mine. I’m not doing anything I shouldn’t and am a fair weather runner and biker. Only reply I get from Fitbit ‘support’ is turn it off and on…not working?…here’s a 30%discount to buy another. Sorry but I expect an expensive all action watch to last longer than a year!!! Any advice of what to do, any support numbers to contact?
Thank you

Seems this has happened to others, especially after recent firmware updates. There's not much to do, but first do verify that it is actually charging.
If the battery is flat, and recent updates can cause it to go flat very quickly unexpectedly, and its not charging you won't be able to do anything with it.
So try to charge it for 2 hours or more. During charging it should restart by itself, and a double tap of the screen may show battery level [but not if the screen is dead].
Also while its charging see if you can sync with the phone Fitbit app, if yes, then the screen is no longer working [though try to change clock face from the Fitbit App, just in case its the clock face with a problem], and if not, it may not be charging.
To check charging, plug the cable into a computer then attach the watch. If the computer recognises it's attached then it may be charging but the watch damaged.
If it repeatedly connects and disconnects from the computer then a factory reset [which also has a bug in some cases] may have killed it.
If you live in a country with 2 year warranty make a claim for a free replacement where you bought it.
