I have been wearing my Versa for less than 30 days. I absolutely love it and receive so many compliments on it. Yesterday I noticed a small chip in the glass. I did not know I hit it on something and if I did it was not significant for me to realize. Before I even started wearing it I searched for a screen protector which fitbit did not offer. I bought a protect online and have had it on my Versa at all times. I contacted customer service and off course there is nothing they can do. I started researching online and am amazed at the amount of people saying the exact same thing I am. They did not hit the face and it has cracked. Many people posting how they can't believe how weak the face is. I have been a fitbit wearer for many years and I am so disappointed. I would hope that someone would take note of the amount of people having the same issue and correct the problem.

Hi there @lindajane71, awesome to see new faces in the Fitbit Community! I'm happy to read you were able to get a protective screen for your Versa.
I appreciate your comments as this is an incredible feedback opportunity. Rest assured other similar posts for cracked screens that you found, did not went unnoticed and the feedback has been properly compiled and take in to consideration based on different external factors.
Let me know if you have other questions. I'm always around!

Had th exact same experience. Not pleased since they don’t sell any screen protectors either. I spoke with customer service and they said there was nothing they could do but I Am very disappointed that the screen lasted 3 weeks before being damaged. I’ve also heard that ppl who buy from Target have been able to return and exchange but people (like mysef) who bought from FitBit directly are now stuck with a damaged screen. I’m almost ready to just get an I-watch but I’m so sad because I have loved Fitbit since the beginning.

100% agree.
versa is good device but very very fragile. I am very OCD and like to keep things in good shape. I have my screen protector on but i can see 2 very veyr tiny marks on watch which i have no idea how they are there ?. I am super careful but still its there .
Thankfully i have Argos (UK) protection about £3.50 a month and i have a feeling i am going to need it at some point.
Fitbit need to improve Build quality and make it more durable.

Hey all - I really recommend glass screen protectors (by your comments, I'm assuming youall have the plastic stickers). You couldn't get them in glass for Ionic because the screen is curved, but Versa has a flat screen, so can support a glass protector. I had a glass protector for my Blaze and once wasn't paying attention and basically smashed my Blaze against my stainless steel sink with a 3 gallon water bottle on top of my arm. The glass screen protector was shattered and the Blaze screen didn't have a mark on it.
I have a tendency to walk into things and wouldn't go without.
