I've been using my Versa since July 2019. The last few weeks, the screen would freeze, or I won't be able to swipe at all. sometimes the screen would not switch on when I press any button and would stay black for a few minutes. I did a factory reset last night only for it to work for a few hours and now it's frozen again.
I am very unhappy as the watch only shows me the time, when it feels like it, and I can't use any of the features.
