Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself. TPCF's can either get outdated of removed from the Gallery by the developer of by Fitbit during the cleanup of the Gallery.

If you switch to a different clock face, especially one by Fitbit, it probably will work.
NaN is computer-ese for not a number.
That usually means a problem with that particular clock face. It might be a temporary problem the developer plans to fix, or you could try to contact the developer.
