Hello, my screen had a white line on the right side Friday. Later that night I noticed my screen was dead. The green light is still on and it is still counting my steps, but the screen will not come on. Any suggestions?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit Logo appears and release the buttons. You will have to do this restarting process directly after you have done the first one. Wait untill you see your Versa display again and repeat the procedure. If this does not work, contact Customer Support and ask them to perform a battery test of your Versa.
