Hi, I used to get the sleep data just fine, but since the beginning of the year, it’s switched to simplified. I’ve reset the Fitbit and also followed the generic instructions on how to wear the Fitbit and I still get only the simplified data. Can’t contact FitBit Support as I get an error telling me to try back later - anyone have a number I can call
or email address?
