Versa Sleep and Weekly Exercise not updating on Versa

My Versa has the sleep data and exercise data from yesterday on the "today" screen. Bizarrely it's showing my exercise from yesterday as today (completely different time and length than today). Yet its all correct on ny Fitbit app. Whoever it does show my active minutes as correct. I started the workout manually and it does show in the app.

Reached out to support and tried resets, syncing, deselecting sleep and exercise on the today screen, restarting, resyncing, selecting them again. Deleting app and redownloading. Im up to date on the updates. Just did an update last night but my issue has beeb happening since ive gotten the fitbit so it didnt change.
