Versa Smart Watch 2 Not receiving notifications from iPhone Nov. 7th 2019

Just purchased Versa 2 from Amazon.  Upgraded from Charge HR 2. 

So far, notifications are still NOT working.  After going through all the steps provided by fitbit support and apple. 

 

Latest IOS is updated as well as Fitbit firmware.  

 

This is the first time in 5 years of owning fitbit trackers that I've encountered major problems.  

 

I feel sick to my stomach wasting $200 on a half working smart watch.  

 

You also can't use most of the apps i.e.:  spotify, Deezer, etc unless you PAY FOR PREMIUM versions.    I thought I did my homework BEFORE making a major purchase.  

 

Please fitbit find a fix for this.  I don't want to give up and switch to apple watch.  

I've spent 2 days going over all the fixes..... yet nothing works.  HELP 

 

iPhone 7  completely updated iOS system.

Hi @tlskim , see the warning on top of the Customer Support site and you will know why you have these problems. To be very honest, the problem is caused by Apple itself by changing the handling of notifications in iOS 13 without informing Fitbit about it. So Fitbit has to solve a problem caused by Apple itself. Regards kuzibri
