Versa Sp02 function not working in South-Africa

Good day, 

I was glad to see the Versa watch now has a function to check Blood Oxygen levels, but I cannot get it to work. My fitbit app software , and Versa firmware are up to date, I sleep more than 3 hours, and wear my watch correctly while sleeping. Is this feature to check the variation in Blood Oxygen levels not available in South-Africa?

Tried everything to get this functionality to work.Very disappointing, especially now with Covid around.

In the app tap on the sleep tile, then a sleep that you want to view, then "restoration" and scroll down.
