I've owned my Versa watch since May 2018 and when I first purchased it the battery life was great, typically going 3+ days before needing to be charged. In the last few weeks I've noticed that my Versa needs charging after 20 hours or less.
I haven't made any changes to the apps I have installed or the watch faces that I've using since I purchased it in May. I do have quick view and always connected for the Versa but this has been the case since day one.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting I can do?

Try turning OFF Always Connected, as this often drains battery.

I have tried disabling "Always Connected" and the results are the same. I still can't get over 18 hours of battery life out of my Versa. I have actually stopped using it all together because of this issue.
How do I escalate this to process a warranty claim. I am past the in-store return window for my purchase.
