Versa Special Edition doesn't turn on

Hi 
I had brought a FitBit Versa Special edition during this black Friday deal in the US as a gift. 
I have now returned to India and i was able to set it up and after a day the battery was completely drained even though it was shut down.

So i recharged it again and it was at 100% , i shut down the fit bit versa again to test the battery issue.

Now it doesn't turn back on,

- I have put it back again on charge for 2hrs - No response

- I have tired holding on to the power/back button for some time - No response

 

Please help, this was given as a gift and I don't want to be embarrassed by giving a broken product.

@Hisanasiraj, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa (Special Edition) won't turn on even though you have charged it for 2 hours and restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed b Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life.
