My watch will not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth and WiFi off/on multiple times. Updated my iPhone and did reset of watch. Nothing has worked!!! It last synced on Friday, 11/29. I received this as a gift from my husband for Mother’s Day. I want my watch to work again!!! Help!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

@JuanJoFitbit, troubleshooting didn’t work so I contacted Support. After multiple tries, my device is being replaced. Thanks.
