I bought my Versa Special Edition around Black Friday time from BEST Buy. IT was working beautifully and then recently the following:
I will start the Weights Tracking, Start my workout, and my Versa just shuts off. This happened 3 times during my workout.
Then through out the day i feel it vibrate, think its an incoming message but its actually just shutting off for no reason. Also right before this happens the screen will not respond to my finger when i slide it over the screen for my notifications. I have an Iphone XR. Can anybody provide a fix. I called Fitbit they were not helpful.

@iamnickwash, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa shuts off during the exercises you perform. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Since the issue persists, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please reply to their last email with the reference number they provided so they can provide a solution.

Regarding the screen issue that your Versa is experiencing, I got in touch with our Customer Service team and told me that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
