Versa Staying Connected to Bluetooth

So I have had my versa barely 2 weeks. I truly love it! But when I take it off to charge and put it back on I have issues with it staying connected to my phone. I stop recieveing sms and calls on my versa... I dont understand why.. I had to turn off the phone and the versa wait 5 minutes then turn them back on to get it reconnected.. So can I get a reason why? Or how to fix it?? Please and thank you.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I have the same issue with my iPhone. Won’t sync so I have to keep trying to reconnect

LG G6. I have not looked into if it is supported or not. I assume that would be through tbe settings?
