Hi there
My Versa stopped during workout. It disconnected with my Jabra 65t Elite. Since then it hasn't been pairing or connecting. I have restarted both devices, removed Jabra from paired device menu on the Versa, tried pairing again. Nothing has been working. It gets stuck at the screen that says 'Pairing'. Could you please help. I tried all solutions up here about Fitbit and headphones. None have worked.

@surishruti you need to reset your earbuds and put them back into pairing mode so they can connect again. Press and hold (10 seconds) the Multi-function button on the right earbud until the LED flashes purple. Then, pair with Versa again.

Tried all this. I updated software on versa and tried it worked for a day. Again stopped pairing
