I just noticed that my Versa stopped tracking stairs on either June 19 or June 20. I was getting constant readings and straight 0s started on June 20. I have tried cleaning all the connectors on my versa and restarting it multiple times. I am on the most recent firmware for Versa and app version for my iPhone. I have the original Versa if that is important information too. Any thoughts on other things I might try?

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.
Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.

I cleaned that hole last night and tried again this morning and still nothing.
