I bought my Versa on 21st April and all was working fine until it stopped syncing on 23rd May. Tried checking wifi connection, but Versa couldn't find it. I tried rebooting it by using the left and bottom right buttons but that just turned Fitbit off. I put the Versa on charge before I went to bed last night so it should be fully charged, and when I woke this morning, the Fitbit logo was displayed.
I sent an email to Fitbit yesterday about the problem and they suggested the 2 button reset that I tried yesterday, and if that failed then try the 3 button factory reset.
The 2 button reset turns the logo off, and the 3 button reset does nothing.
Any suggestions, or just through it in the bin. I'm very disappointed with it

My versa turns off every minute - cannot get the factory reset to work - I have had it a week and a half - it is a faulty and terrible product - keep reading - you will see MANY are having problems with this item.

So, I just got finish reading your comment and read the part that said to push the left button and bottom right button at the same time to reset and it worked. However, I've went through the exact same thing you did!
