I bought a Fitbit versa around Mar 15th this year. Before turning 2 months, my strap is broken. I am also unable remove and replace it. Strap is too hard to remove from the watch. I’m able to remove only one side of strap. Trying to find some customer service in Singapore. I couldn’t find any.
1. Strap is broken in 2 months
2. Unable to remove the strap to replace
3. No customer service found in Singapore

@ArunVelusamy I think your only customer support in Singapore is via e-mail and possibly Twitter. The pin that holds the strap on is spring loaded. A jeweler or a watch repair shop should have the tool you need to get the broken band off so that you can put a replacement on.

@ArunVelusamy welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Versa's wristband is broken, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can review it and assist you accordingly. You will receive an email from them soon.
Thank you for your help @LZeeW!
Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi @JuanJoFitbit ,
Thanks. I badly need some help right now. Yesterday, the strap is broken completely. I unable to wear now. Roaming around Singapore to find some watch mechanic as suggested by @LZeeW . Nothing worked out till now.
