I have a Fitbit Versa SE where is it now locked and I cannot get off the screen that says, "unlock with your phone".
I've tried everything, delete and reinstall the app, hard restarted the Versa, tried to remove the wallet and acess code for the Versa, cleared the app cache, and disabled the credit card through the Fitbit computer software.
Any suggestions, i might have to submit an RTA and exchange it.

Either do a factory reset or open the Fitbit app.
Click on the picture of your tracker in the top right.
Scroll down to Device lock.
Tap the device lock entry.
The app should ask for the pin to unlock the phone.
Now you can choose to have the lock just for Fitbit pay,
Change the pin to unlock the Versa.
It is good to setup a pin that can be remembered
