Versa Suddenly stopped working after swimming

My Versa is one year old. Never had an issue until four days ago. After swimming, which I’ve done a few times wearing my Versa the logo came on screen then it shut down. Tried restarting, wouldn’t charge or connect to iPhone. Display was stuck on and overheating. Now it’s working slowly. Did shutdown and factory reset but nothing works. It has a constant red light on the back where the green flashing light should be. 
I can’t find where or how to contact customer service. Thanks

Hi @M.yng , here you will find how to contact Customer Support.  Besides that I flagged your post to the Moderator Team since your Versa is one year old and there can be a warranty problem. Regards kuzibri
