Please advice i bought Versa not to troubleshoot for value.
But to my convienece of less self support but looking forward as a user not a IT tech troubleshooter.

@jampalha7 - It sounds like your Versa is not connected to your Fitbit account on your Note 9. You may have already done some of this, but I’m listing it so you can verify what you have done and what may still need to be done.
From here, you can access the apps and should be able to download without a problem ... as long as your Versa is in wifi range. You need wifi to download and set up the apps.
