Versa Synced but APPs "This app cannot be installed on your device. Your device is not connected."

"This app cannot be installed on your device. Your device is not connected."

Please advice i bought Versa not to troubleshoot for value.

But to my convienece of less self support but looking forward as a user not a IT tech troubleshooter.

Hi @jampalha7 - In order to help you, I need to know:

  1. Which phone do you have? 
  2. Which app are you trying to install?
  3. Is your Versa syncing successfully?

  2. Is your Versa syncing successfully?  no wheneve I click APP it always prompt this error

@jampalha7 - It sounds like your Versa is not connected to your Fitbit account on your Note 9. You may have already done some of this, but I’m listing it so you can verify what you have done and what may still need to be done. 

  1. Verify that your Note 9 has been updated to the latest OS.
  2. Install the Fitbit app on your Note 9. Verify that you have the latest version. 
  3. Open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account —> Set Up a Device. This will lead you thru the steps to connect to WIF and Bluetooth. 
  4. Once your Versa is set up, sync it. 

From here, you can access the apps and should be able to download without a problem ... as long as your Versa is in wifi range. You need wifi to download and set up the apps.
