I just got my Versa this week, and I am having trouble with the today's view showing the stats for today. The Versa syncs with my Iphone and gives me notifications. On the today's view the second page for the heart rate (fat burn, cardio, peak) haven't had any stats, the sleep is from 4 days ago and doesn't show that I slept at all, and the badges page says the data was refreshed on 12-25 at 11:07 AM and it's now 12-29 at 5:40 AM. The app shows my sleep for all of the nights I have worn it, so there isn't an issue there.
Am I missing something in the settings or is there a fix I haven't found yet? I did restart the Versa and force close the app and force re-sync the app and Versa.

Hi, ever sincethe .30 version was rolled out there was the problem with the Today screen not functioning like described, e.g. 7 activities tracking, etc. There are two solution for this problem:
1. Go to the My apps section and you'll see Today at the top of the list. Normally you do not see anything at the right side of Today. If you see now a sort of settings icon and press it cause this means that it needs to be updated. When nothing is there and Today still not functions like it should:
2. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to PC and let it rest there for about two hours. today should be updated by then. After that, reboot your Versa and see whether Today works like it should.

Hi, which version of the Firmware are you using, .19 or .30? Go to settings, scroll down to device info and press that and it shows you on top of the screen the version.

It worked thank you! Is that what I need to do daily now? The day after I plugged it in, it wouldn’t update.

Hi, no you do not need to do that everyday. Did you reboot your Versa after it worked?

Hi,
I did forget to reboot it initially. When I reconnected it for another 2 hours, it still didn't refresh or update at all. It was charging, so I know that it connected. I'm at a loss on how to fix this.

Hi, try the following:
1. Versa in the Charger and connected to PC as stated earlier.
2. Connect your phone also to PC, go to wifi settings in Fitbit app ans press connect on the icon next to your network's name. The icon should turn from white to blue and under it "connected"
3. Leave your Versa and phone connected for, again. about 2 hours.
Hope this will solve your problem finally.

Hi I am having the same issue and have tried everthing nothing is working. Versa Syncing But Today's View isn't updating. Please help
