Versa Syncing and tracking issues with heart rate, sleep and challenges

I started having issues about 3 weeks ago with the Versa not tracking sleep and heart rate.  And today it won’t add my steps to the Work Week Hustle challenge but it will to the adventure trail and goal day challenge.  I’m about ready to give up on this thing!
