Versa - Syncing issues with Pixel XL

Hi, 

 

I picked up a Versa yesterday to replace my Charge 2. I have a Pixel Xl (original, not 2), which should be compatible according to the list on Fitbit. I never had issues with the Charge 2, but I cannot seem to get it to sync with the Versa without restarting my phone or unpaired and re-adding the tracker. Is this a common issue? I will be upgrading to the Pixel 3 next week and hope this isn't an issue specific to Chrome OS. Thanks!

Hey @NicoleH6, welcome aboard! Hmm yes, the Google Pixel XL is on the list of compatible devices so you shouldn't have inconveniences to sync it with your watch, but I'd like to know something, are you using another device to sync your Versa with? I mean, have you paired your watch to another phone or tablet maybe? In the meantime, I'd like you to review all the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
