I participate in a weekly aerobics swim class. I turn on tracking in swim mode which has worked well for 3 weeks. But as of late, I cannot shut off or end the exercise session. The last session stated I was swimming for 24 hours.
I would wait , take off the versa and dry off but it does not work.
I noticed the screen would turn black with green lines going thru out which is making me think it is dying and will soon fail..
I have been an avid fitbit user and was so happy for the versa.
Please help.

I would recommend doing a restart of your tracker to see if it solves things for you. If you already have and it is still not behaving, I would contact support, especially if you are still in warranty.
You can restart by holding in the bottom right and left buttons at the same time until the logo appears and if you need support here is the link
