My Versa won’t stay on any more. All I get is a black screen. Sometimes the Fitbit logo comes on but then it goes black. I’ve tried a factory reset which worked the first time but now it’s not working. When I put it on the charger, I sometimes get a white Fitbit logo that sometimes flickers but is mostly non-existent. Also, I have cleaned all the contacts on both the watch and the charger. Please help.

@TerraRat, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets discard a charging issue so please try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.

Same here. I went for a swim and when i came back and dried it off
I had a black screen, no light at the back of the device and nothing seemed to help turning it on.

We cleaned the contacts again with alcohol and still nothing after leaving it in the charger overnight. What now?
