Love how you are ignoring my issues and any questions raised about why you would suggest to update firmware when that’s the exact cause of everyone’s problems. All you do is suggest different ways of shutting something off and turning it back on again. How about NOT releasing an update that causes your own products to quit working? How about issuing a patch that can fix something?? How about extending your warranty past 1 year since most of your products don’t last to the 2 year mark? How about releasing an update that is BENEFICIAL rather than causes products to quit working?? How about offering more than 25% that matches the current sale you are running?? How about offering a repair option for the products you caused to stop working?? How about any of that?? Oh, never mind, you won’t address any of these questions so it doesn’t matter. I have reported you to the BBB. Maybe I will get some answers that way. Your should not call yourselves Customer Support. That is joke! There is absolutely NO Customer Support. Just give us more of your hard earned money, that will fix everything. (Eye roll) I am beyond angry and disappointed.

Such a bummer to go through this for an expensive tracker. I believe the pixels are burned on the screen or led or something like that 🤦🏻:female_sign:. I wish they would have an option to repair instead of them saying it’s not good anymore and buy a new one. I just want my Fitbit back to working condition 😭

I felt everything you said and read it with such passion cuz I’m so angry as well. I hope they hear us but I doubt it cuz I haven’t heard back from them.

Now it's OnePlus 7. Before the updated Versa worked good with it. Actually after restart it also works good.

@SilviaFitbit I got my watch finally set-up after that update now it's just draining battery and don't last 48 hours before having to be recharged. Are they going to send a patch for that? I've had this since Saturday and it's been nothing but trouble it seems.

I’ve been losing time ever since I got the firmware update. Wake up, sync phone to view sleep stuff, go to work several hours later and am almost late because my Versa Lite is 10 minutes behind.
I have done everything short of a factory reset to fix this. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned off Bluetooth on my phone for a good five minutes before turning it back on, turned my Versa Lite off and turned it back on, unpaired my Versa Lite from my iPhone, and I even switched clock faces to the original.
But nothing has worked.

Why would I continue to email the person that is helping me? case. #35496256. They flat out lied to me and said that no one else is having the battery draining issues since the last update. I guess I would update my versa, it's not like the update could make it worse. The battery lasts about 7 hours. It is completely worthless. Of course it's not under warranty anymore. And being offered at 20% discount on something that the company's update screws up is pretty stupid. I wonder if Apple's iwatches sales have gone up?

I just updated to the latest firmware but my screen resolution is affected, and it changes colour when it is not supposed to. Furthermore, if i shift to "TODAY" or Menu, the colour is off, and there is a "ghost" of the last page. Changing my clock face does NOT fix the problem 😞

Devices: Versa 1, Samsung Galaxy 9
I did the update Sunday night. Versa was on the charger during this and was at 100% battery when I put it back on before bed at near 1 AM. It died at 2:41 AM. It has not functioned in any way off of the charger since. If I remove it from the charger, no swiping of screen or pressing of buttons will get it to function at all. The light on the back isn't flashing. When I put it back on the charger, after about 30 seconds, the 0% charge image shows up even though I had an indication of 100% charge via the clock face or the charge screen just minutes prior. I have also had the fitbit logo show up sometimes while in the charger when trying to get the clock face or charge screen to appear.
I have followed the different troubleshooting suggestions. I have cleaned it. I tried the three-button restart multiple times with no success. I removed it from the app, deleted the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, and (after several attempts) finally got the app and Versa paired again. Still didn't work off of the charger. When I say "work", I just mean something appears on the screen.
I have had this since the Versa launch. I have taken care of it. Prior to this, I still got 4 days of charge out of it. I genuinely liked it while it worked. I need it for a health insurance discount. It is one of the rare tech items I have invested in. Now, it is worthless, and I can't keep waiting for a patch because I have to have an advanced tracker to keep the aforementioned insurance discount. I am so upset and disappointed with this whole situation.

Just to note, my daily routine has been now to every morning to uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app/ re add my versa lite, connect it to my computer, etc. everything that everyone has said and everything that has been in the troubleshooting options.
every morning.
This morning I woke up and the time was off 1 hour and 24 mins. And even still after unconnecting the bluetooth, restarting the app, reinstalling the app, re adding the device... restarting the phone...Tracker not found.
During the day yesterday it was short 4 mins and then would be correct, and then all of a sudden was an hour behind....
This is truly a shame.

I managed to u update my tracker. But the minute I updated it, my Fitbit Versa has stopped categorising exercises, calories after an hour of running shows up in 30’s and the detailed sleep and step breakdown in the day has all stopped. Please help.

Yes, those are the troubleshooting steps I followed and I got it work. Then last night there was an update for the app and now once again I’m not getting any notifications. I did the troubleshooting AGAIN to no avail. I have an iPhone 11 Pro.

Hi Silva,
Mine is working fine now. It all started working after charging. The watch was fully charged when I updated, so it was a while until I needed to charge again.
It really seemed like an app issue, but maybe I was wrong.
I'm using android (oneplus 5t).
