Versa Wallet tab for Fitbit pay does not show up

Bought Fitbit Versa SE yesterday.

when I tried to add my debit card, I could not see “wallet” tile.

 

how come it happens and how i can solve this issue??

  • Go in to your fitbit app. Click on the top right. Click personal and update your location. My wallet appeared on my Fitbit Versa SE after doing this. I spent 2 days reading and watching you tube videos on how to find my wallet on the fitbit app. I almost returned my fitbit because I thought something was wrong with it but it was just that fitbit pay wasn't supported in my Island. I now live in the US updated location and was able to see my wallet and set up my card info. Keep in mind there are only certain banks supported by fitbit also. I hope this helps everyone.

Hi, I ordered a Versa from Airmiles Rewards program in Canada. I was expecting it not to have NFC. It does have the wallet app on the phone, on the watch and I set up an RBC credit card. I press the button on the left and it shows the card. It says fitbit pay on the back. I'm guessing Airmiles gets their fitbits from Europe? Big bonus if this actually works.

SOLVED : For Android. I had to change the language from English(India) to English(United States) for the Fitbit app to recognize the location locational USA. Once I changed that it started showing the wallet  in my mobile app.

 

Change the language in Setting (Android - not in FitBit app)
