Hi,
I have been having a number of issues with my Versa since I purchased in August 2018. I have ignored the syncing issues month after month, but now nothing I do will make it sync. I have now submitted a Warranty claim and a new Fitbit is on it's way. When reading the Warranty rules I saw that the replacement will either be New or Refurbished. How will I know if my replacement Fitbit is refurbished?

A refurbished unit by law must be clearly marked, on the box that ot comes in. Alternatively if it comes in a brown shipping envelope it needs to be stamped as such
