Versa Watch Shows 1,000 calories burned notification everyday???

Every day my watch tells me that I have burned 1,000 calories. It's a pop-up that shows up within an hour of putting on my watch or in the middle of a workout. What is this? It's clearly not accurate so what does it mean? I'm on the keto diet so I'm not really watching calories but is there a way to turn this off? It's annoying 😞

My I ask what your main goal is, @FloridaMomOf3. I would expect this notice only if your main goal is set for calories. If the main goal was set for steps then a notice would pop up when the step goal is meet.

I don't remember setting a goal and my watch tells me both steps and calories but only when I hit 1,000 calories which seems to be daily and I'm not that active a person.
