My Versa suddenly went black this morning. No green lights on back, will not charge, and unable to pair with my phone. It's just dead! I've tried restarting and resetting by holding down buttons as I have read in other threads. Is there any hope to getting it back?

This also happened to my Fitbit Versa Lite recently and after contacting Fitbit customer support I was told they are willing to give me a discount on the purchase of a new one but bc mine is off warranty (literally a couple weeks) I’m essentially SOL. Mine barely lasted a year. Based off many other people’s experiences with Fitbit they are riddled with issues. Was great while it lasted and I liked the product when it worked but sad they can’t be bothered to cover their defective products. Thankfully I was gifted with a Apple Watch for Christmas! I will gladly deal with them going forward as my “Fitbit support” was appalling.
