Ever since I synced my Fitbit Versa to my phone, when I try to make and receive calls no one can hear me on my phone. Iv turned off notifications for phone calls on my Fitbit but still no one can hear me. What can I do to sort this?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Keribj! I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for already turning off your notifications to solve the interference when you make or receive phone calls.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

If your phone is supported, I'd recommend to try to set up your notifications again by following the steps below:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.
    1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
    2. Find an option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again.

If the issue persists, please take a look at the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
