Versa WiFi and music issues

Does anyone have any tips in getting my Versa to connect to my WiFi? I have strong WiFi signal on everything but my Versa can not connect. Also, how do I get my music to my Versa without WiFi? Beginning to wish I never purchased this product! It counts steps while I am typing!

We have had exactly the same problem. Check your Wi-fi compatibility, apparently it won't connect to 5GHZ or public Wi-Fi networks etc, basically any Wi-Fi networks that require logins, etc. You may be able to connect via a hotspot.

About the steps, your Versa might register some steps depending on your hand movement. You can try the restart process for this.
