Last week I was unable to get my Versa to sync via Bluetooth with my IPhone. After trying all the troubleshooting steps and still having no luck, I decided (as a last resort) to do a factory reset on my Versa. Since then, my versa has not turned on and is only flashing the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Has as anyone had a similar experience and been able to fix it? I’ve emailed Fitbit but am still waiting on a response 😊

Yes, I am having the same issue. I was having blue tooth sync issues and tried all the troubleshooting. The last step was to perform a factory reset and now the fitbit logo just flashes on the screen.

The Fitbit logo on the screen is saying that the versa needs to be setup as if it was just purchased.
Saying that the tracker will not turn on, would mean that it also will not display a Fitbit logo.
If your seeing a Fitbit logo, then the tracker is turned on, and waiting to be setup to a Fitbit account.

Thank you for the info Rich. Unfortunately, It is just the logo and does not say 'download the fitbit app to begin', so the watch will still not pair with my Iphone. It has been like this for 3 days now and no change.

You say it won't setup, may I ask at what step_that fails?

I'm using samsung note 8 and the logo flashes but will not proceed to setup. I've tried everything multiple times.

I accidentally did a factory reset from the watch face when trying to turn it off so it would not count steps will driving.
Since then, I have not been able to turn it on using the restart method (holding down the left button and the bottom right button), holding down all three buttons, connecting it to my computer via the charging cable or recharging it.
Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

@arlened1019 what happens when you perform the add device routine found in the Fitbit app? How far do you get? Do you get any errors?
@medavis68 I just shut my Versa off and held in the left and lower right buttons for 2 seconds, when I released it took another 2 seconds before the Versa showed any life. Placing the Versa in it's powered up charger also turned the unit on.
Let me know what happens

Hello @Mkmalpani and @Raj-G if your Versa will not start by holding in the left button, or placing it on its charger then the only possible thing to do is contact support. Link found in the top right slide ot menu above, through the help link found below, or the help found in the Fitbit app.
I find it confusing that people do a factory reset without first asking for help with the issue.

Thanks, I am talking to customer service now.. Though the process is very slow.
In electronics factory reset is an option which solves majority of issues. But who would have thought with fitbit it doesn't work, and if that's the case why they give such option which doesn't work.

I have the versa lite. It will not turn on. 3 days after return policy. Yay!

The Versa lite has not been out for a year, you should still be under warranty.
