Versa Won't Hold Charge

My Versa is about 5-6 months old and will no longer hold a charge. I have tried the factory reset multiple times and it will not work. I have had fitbits for years and never had this issue on such a new device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I attempted to use the live chat and had issues with that...

Try calling customer support... Even though fitbit devices aren't that well made, I've always had great experiences when dealing with their customer service team. Since your device is within the year warranty, if they find it faulty, you may be sent a replacement.
