Versa Won't Hold Charge

My Versa used to last several days on a charge, now it lasts about 5mins!  Is anyone else having this issue and do you find it interesting that it stops holding a charge when they announce a new model?!  I've tried all the reset options, two different chargers, updates, etc.; nothing works.

I started having this same problem last week and I have to charge two or three times a day to keep a charge.  It will go from 60% to 20% in a couple of hours.  I think the problem started after a update but not sure.  My year warranty runs out in a few days and now I am having problems.

I was having a similar problem for weeks but then yesterday it started holding a charge. I don’t get it.
