Versa Won’t Pair with my Phone

My versa won’t pair with my phone. It won’t sync either. I had to unpair it and am trying to pair it again and it won’t. I have an Android phone and it won’t pair. I’ve had this issue several times. I’m connected to WiFi and nothing I do will pair it.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having pairing issues?

None of the above suggestions have helped me. My Versa was syncing fine up until abiut 2 days ago. I thought it was just a service issue (i was in an area with very little service) but now im home and its still not working.

 

I have tried restarting phone, Versa, and the fitbit app. I cannot get it to sync.

garmin sounds much  better will bring this  fitbit junk to  the  store   get my money back
